Vinay Chaudhry is the founder and CEO of Maple Leaf EduConnect, a Marketing & Recruitment Services company that supports eleven Canadian public institutions in South Asia & the Middle East. The current partners are Bow Valley College, Brock University, Canadore College, Durham College, Fanshawe College, Georgian College, Kings University College (Western), University of Ottawa, University of Victoria, University of Windsor and Vancouver Island University. On behalf of these partners, MLEC recruited over 7500 students from India in 2017.
Recently, Vinay has founded another company, Maple Assist Inc., which is based in Canada. This company provides a mobile platform for student recruitment, engagement and support.
Vinay chairs the North India Regional Council of Indo Canadian Business Chamber (ICBC). He is a co-founder of India Canada Alumni Network (ICAN), an umbrella organization that represents all alumni of Canadian institutions that are living in India.
Previously, Vinay has worked with Johnson & Johnson Medical Products (Markham, Canada) as Team Leader (Supply Chain). In India, he worked as the Head of Biotechnology Division of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), which is the largest business chamber in India representing over 150,000 companies.
Vinay is an engineer from India and has completed his MBA from Ivey School of Business, Western University, Canada.
