Victoria Bomben

As a digital marketing & technology leader, Victoria has dedicated her 20+ year career to driving digital adoption & transformation across organizations. Knowledgeable in practices, principles and methodologies to develop impactful, customer centric digital solutions, Victoria built and led teams to create & implement multi-channel digital marketing and communications campaigns to strengthen end-user engagement, enhance brand awareness, fuel growth and heighten loyalty.

Victoria co-founded a digital solutions agency, Interstrata and, as its CDO (Chief Digital Officer) has led solution development and implementation for some of the known brands in Canada including Intuit Canada, Black’s Photography (acquired by Telus), Rogers Communications, Lone Star Restaurants, and Region of Peel, helping companies expand their reach, offer unique value proposition to clients and achieve operational effectiveness. In her role as Director, Digital Strategy at Sheridan College, Victoria had accountability for institution-wide digital evolution in support of its brand awareness, programs and strategic initiatives including digital marketing campaigns, social media, content & digital experience strategy, web development and system & data integrations. She is currently a Principal consultant at Sinergia Digital, helping organizations and HigherEd institutions uncover their digital marketing potential, grow their capabilities and digital maturity, all in support of their strategic and enrolment management priorities.

A strong believer in education and life-long learning, Victoria spent 12 years teaching business and marketing courses at multiple HigherEd institutions and developed many professional development training programs focused on building digital marketing skills across organizations she worked with.

A CMA’s (Canadian Marketing Association) Chartered Marketer and a Professional Engineer of Ontario (P.Eng.), Victoria holds a B.A.Sc (Bachelor of Applied Science) degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Windsor and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
